Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using TidenUp, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to form a binding contract. TidenUp is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

3. Account responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for safeguarding your credentials, and for all activity under your account. Notify us at admin@tidenup.com of any unauthorized use.

4. Educational service — not medical advice

TidenUp is an organizational and educational reference tool. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease, and does not provide medical advice. See our Medical Disclaimer.

TidenUp does not sell, supply, broker, recommend specific suppliers of, or facilitate the purchase of any peptide, compound, controlled substance, or prescription medication. Nothing in TidenUp constitutes a prescription, dispensing decision, or telehealth consultation. Any clinician access surfaced through TidenUp is read-only documentation, not a treatment relationship.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, sharing prescription medications, impersonating clinicians, scraping, reverse engineering, and abusing rate limits.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of regimen data, notes, and attachments you upload ("Your Content"). You grant TidenUp a limited license to host and process Your Content solely to operate the service.

7. Subscriptions & billing

If TidenUp introduces paid plans, terms will be presented at purchase. Refunds follow the rules of the platform you purchased through (e.g. Apple App Store, Google Play, or web checkout) and applicable consumer law.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Account. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to comply with law.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

TidenUp is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TidenUp's aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) USD 100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify TidenUp against claims arising from your misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes are resolved in the state and federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, unless mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced at least 14 days before they take effect.
